About Inbal Sigler:
During her training as a professional dancer, and while enjoying a dance career in Israel and abroad, Inbal was always curious about the different methods and philosophies that support and promote the art of dance, and in a much larger sense, widening the perception of life.
Thirteen years ago she began to study holistic Chinese medicine philosophy and practice in the College of Complementary Medicine in Tel Aviv. Soon afterwards, the Pilates technique’s precision of alignment and cultivation of strength and flexibility captured her heart, and she was certified as a Pilates trainer by the New York-based Physical Mind Institute.
Years of practicing the graceful flow of Vinyasa Yoga led to a teacher training program at Yoga Moves in Utrecht (the Netherlands).
At the same time she went deeper into the powerful mental tool of Yin Yoga, receiving her teacher certificate from Yoga Garden in Amsterdam.
Inbal gives clear guidance appropriate for each person’s own abilities, using her well-trained eye for body alignment.
Seeing all these different methods as powerful tools that complete and enrich each other to show us life’s fullest potential, in her classes Inbal creates an intelligent and playful dialogue between the flow of the breath, thoughtful movement of the body throughout its entire range of motion, and uses these tools to create a direct link to clarity of mind and lightness of heart.
