The beautiful collaboration with Sukha Yoga started this year 2014 in Ibiza. Anna Smit and I we embrace the same heart message and way of pleasing our beloved ones. Sukha Yoga invited me for a special 3 days yoga workshop.
I have my shakti energy (feminine side) more than nourished the last years and this has now also an impact on my classes and workshops. They are emotional, invigorating, open and more fluent in the end like a free dance from the heart.
