Events, workshops, courses or therapies must have a connection with the core activities of Sukha Yoga.

Examples of this are body-oriented/energetic work, meaning, team training, coaching, meditation, deepening and/or consciousness training.

The third party is entirely responsible for the organization of the event.

The studio rental can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled date of the event. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the scheduled date, the tenant is obliged to pay the full amount.

Sukha and third party enter into an agreement for temporary subletting of which this document as an attachment forms an integral part.

The room may not be entered with shoes.

It is not allowed to bring food into the room.
Lockable non-fragile drinking bottles are allowed.

The tenant is responsible for leaving the room tidy and clean, used crockery washed off and leaving the room as it was found.

The walls are not meant to lean against. In case of stains, we charge extra cleaning or in the worst case, painting costs.

In case of damage to the space (the floor, the walls, materials used or otherwise) repair costs will be charged.

Sukha is not responsible for loss of or damage to property while using the space.

Sukha is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from the use of its materials or spaces.

The space must be rented fifteen minutes before the start and fifteen minutes after the end of the event due to the supply / removal of any materials, cleaning and walking in / out of people.

Use includes use of available materials and facilities to make tea and offer water (decanters, thermoses, crockery).

In the case of one-off activities, payment of the invoice is made no later than 14 days before the start of the activity, stating the date and name of the activity.

If the agreed usage period is exceeded, a proportional part of the hourly price will be charged per quarter of an hour.
